He was so pleasant, personable, professional, patient and just freaking awesome! He took the time to measure where I might want to hang my new light once my new mirror is hung in my remodeled bathroom so the light wasn't too high, yet not too low. I wasn't expecting all the detailed work he provided but am beyond happy with his attention to what was important to me. I had the pleasure to work with Kish on a remodel project, I switched from a tanked water heater to a tankless version. After purchasing an electric variant the electrician looked at it and explained that it'd be better and less costly to use a gas one. He returned when we bought the gas on to install the outlet for it, then when the water heater had to be installed on the opposite wall he squeezed me in between other jobs so I didn't have to wait another week for hot water! Great service!!

Quickly resolved and I now have light and a fan in my bathroom for the first time in months. It's nice to finally have a La Crosse vendor who delivered. Thank you for taking care of this for me.

Kish electric upgraded my electrical service, replacing multiple fuse boxes with updated breaker service. I am extremely happy with the work and the people at Kish. Roger came to my home and completed the quote for me and he was great, sending me the quote exactly as we had discussed. Jeff, the electrician who did the work was outstanding. Jeff took an ugly mess of multiple fuse boxes from the 1940s and replaced them with safe, reliable breaker service. Jeff was courteous, reliable, respectful and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Kish for any electrical work that you need to do.

Does a great job every time.

I have been in the need of electrical work 2x since I bought my house 12 1/2 years ago with one being an emergency. I have used Kish both times and had excellent thorough service each time. The electrician who helped me during the emergency went out of his way to be accommodating and helpful!

I had a mixed experience on a recent Kohler Generator installation. Pros: Salesman was kind, prompt for the estimate appointment and made some good suggestions on his visit to my home. The work estimate was emailed promptly and pricing seemed fair. The installation team was on time, kind and helpful. Job scheduled and completed on time. Stopped at the office.to.pay the bill. Prompt service, friendly office staff. Cons: As a new generator customer, I had a number of questions prior to the install. Most emails were promptly handled, one gave inaccurate information and a couple were ignored. I wanted the generator installed in a particular position to aim exhaust/noise away from the house. To be clear, I did not communicate this directly to the install team (I was at work when they came out), but the orientation of the wiring and conduit I trenched in was obvious to me. When I called Kish at 11AM to speak with the install guys, I was told that the generator was already set. Frustrating. But again, I should have been more clear. Once the installation was completed, Kish wanted $250 to connect the unit to the internet. My research suggested such hardware and software was included and I explained that. After a lot of back and forth (I was called at work at the 11th hour...not the best time to hear this and make a decision) and eventually agreeing to the additional fee, I later got a call that they had "found the activation code" and it's all set to go. Frustrating. Summary, I'd probably do business with them again and would call them to bid a job. As a customer, be prepared, do your research, ask questions and require answers. Communicate well. For Kish's part, I'd like to see a bit more attention to detail and a deeper familiarity with the product they are installing. Update: Since installation, We experienced our first power outage last week and the Kohler generator took about two seconds to start and reestablish power to the farm. Super pleased with it!!

Kish & Sons changed out the outdated exterior lights on my building to LED lighting and straightened out some wiring issues between the timer and photo eye. Excellent job and very professional, knowledgeable electrician. I should have called sooner.
